I have the honour to confirm with regret my telegram of the 5th. November in which I reported the death of E. P. C. A.81, Michael Watters, who died at the Government Civil Hospital at 3.20 p.m. on the 4th. November from a self-inflicted wound in his throat.

I transmit for your information a copy of the depositions taken before the Coroner together with the verdict of
the jury.
3.
The estate of the deceased Constable will be
administered by the Captain Superintendent of Police and any
residue will be forwarded in due course to his nearest known
relative.
